    We are surrounded by agriculture–however, We live in the middle of nowhere! There are great Farmer’s Markets within 30 miles (probably any direction) of our home and we enjoy shopping them when we are in town.

    I am in western NC and have all kinds of markets to choose from, but I prefer to grow my own veggies!

  5. There’s a farmer’s market, but unfortunately we are a one car family and they market isn’t open when I have the access to the car. There’s a smaller one during the summer that I can walk to with the kids sometimes, we go to that weather permitting.

  7. Yes, there is a farmer’s market about 5 minutes away from where I live, and my family does shop there occasionally!

  8. there is one in town, but i am disabled and can only walk short distances. i would love to go to a Farmer’s Market, i always did with my Mom on Long Island when i was young.

    We have several Farmer’s Markets about 15 miles away. I shop there once in awhile.

    There’s a Farmer’s Market that’s open on Friday and Saturday sort of close. I try to shop there when I can. But, we have a great store with fresh produce. I do all my produce shopping at that store biweekly.

    We only have a Farmers Market available to us from July to 1st week in October on Sundays, but we do shop there and love it. We get what we don’t grow ourselves.

  35. We do have a farmer’s market locally and yes, we shop there regularly especially in the summer months. The vegetables taste so good and I love visiting with the farmers. Another benefit is that they always have great advice and recipes to share.

    Yes we have a farmers market about 45 minutes away. I don’t shop there as often as I’d like to because of the distance but I get there when I can. I LOVE farmer’s markets.

    We do have a farmers market! We actually used to live right in front of the park that held it; people would always park on our lawn. That part was annoying, but it would be fun to wander around and look at everything! We don’t shop there often now that we’ve moved a little farther away, though.

  47. We live in NYC and there are no Farmers Markets that I know of in Queens.I have searched online several times.I miss the outdoor Farmers Markets when I lived in Greece for 6 months.The fruits and vegetables were fresh and beautiful.Thank you for the great giveaway! :)

    We do and though I have not been yet, I do want to go. Unfortunately it is only open 1 day a week and for only about 4 hours so it is not a big window of time to get there. Would LOVE to grow my own!!!!
