I love the fact that you can cook more than one item in the aqua chef at once and never worry about foods touching that you didn’t intend to mix together. The perfect chop’s feature that I’m impressed with is that it hold 2+ cups liquid I always hate when I’m slicing perfectly cooked meat and the juice runs out of it and goes to waste it would be awesome to be able to pour that juice back over the sliced meat or to make a sauce from it.
I love the idea of the Perfect Chop cutting board to hold the juices for gravy making and doesn’t harbor bacteria or dull knives. The AquaChef would be perfect those tough cuts of meat that will come out fork tender as well as thin fish. You can also be sure that the flavor will be there because the sealed bag keeps the air from it while cooking. This AquaChef and Perfect Chop would be awesome to have in my kitchen.
I like either, have never tried them. Me and my husband are always in the kitchen, we love trying new things and cooking all kind of stuff. We are experimental cookers who love to entertain people 😀
I like the AquaChef because it locks all air out and keeps 100% of the flavors, nutrients and moisture in. I also like that the PerfectChop keeps all the unwanted juices away from you and the counter and holds them underneath the chopping area.
