I am always looking for places to go on vacation and I found a site that I just want to jump on the plane and visit! You talk about prime 30A real estate! It is located in Santa Rosa Beach, FL one mile north of Highway 30A. It is a place where you can have a lovely vacation home. One of these days I am going to own one for myself! It is nestled within a quiet natural sanctuary and it is just a short bike ride to the beach.
Anything you would ever want is already there or just minutes away. Nature Walk is what they call it and from the photo gallery I can tell why. Family’s can spend time walking and taking in the awesome scenery, or build sand castles together, or maybe a scavenger hunt on a nature trail. They have a pool for the kids to have fun in and also an adult lap pool. The playground is what caught my daughters eye. She was very excited that they have a pool and a playground. These things are very important to kids. The Gathering Place is what they call the neighborhood hot spot where the pool is located. Also located minutes away is Grayton Beach State Park with shopping and dining. See how it has just a little bit of everything.
They also have within a short drive 3 breathtaking golf courses which include The Shark’s Tooth Golf Club, The Davis Love, and The Camp Creek Club. I am not an avid golfer myself but I will go to make my husband happy. Neither of us are any good but we just like to relax and have fun together. What a great place to go that will have something for the whole family. I look forward to some day having some fun with my soon to be teenager and boy would she really get a kick out of deep sea fishing or family friendly snorkel and scuba excursions which are also just minutes away. I just dream and save and hope for a place like this that I can take my family to that we all will have something we can enjoy! 🙂
