Home Made: Zucchini Bread! Whip some up for a Great and Affordable House Warming Gift

Someone asked me on facebook tonight what a great affordable House Warming Gift idea was and the first thing that came to mind to me was Zucchini Bread! It’s affordable to make, and it’s from the heart. Zucchini bread is not that hard either! 🙂

Zucchini Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

3 eggs well beaten

1 cup cooking oil

2 cups sugar

2 cups grated zucchini

2 tbls. vanilla

3 cups flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1/4 tsp. baking powder

3 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

***Optional 1/4 chopped Walnuts

Directions:

Beat eggs well. Add oil, sugar, zucchini, vanilla, & cinnamon to the beaten eggs. Sift the dry ingredients together. Then add to creamed mixture. (***Optional**** Stir in walnuts now if you choose.) Pour the combined mixture into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy 🙂

Sometimes it is not the amount of money we spend on an object but the time and love that we put into it! I just love Zucchini Bread and would love for someone to stop by and welcome me into my home (I’ve been here 3 years but come on!!! I want some Zucchini bread too!!)

(Thanks Bundles of Blossoms for the great Zucchini Recipe!)
