Review: Picaboo Classic Photo Book

I recently had the privilege of  making a Picaboo photo book.  This is the first photo book I have made through this company and I have to say that it was very simple to use. I did have to download their program which was very simple and took very little time.  Then I started answering questions, just a couple so the program knew what size and type of book I wanted to create.

Then it was time to create my book. This program was super user friendly. It made it so easy to add photos. It had great options on how and where to add my photos. It was really easy to add embellishments and add color and backgrounds to my pages. They offer over 20,000 backgrounds, 80+ typefaces and over 50 page layout templates to choose from. It was just as fun to make this book as it used to be when I made my own scrapbooks at home.

I love how you can actually use a picture to cover the whole page as you can see here. The cow was actually a picture from when we were at the zoo. Then next to it you can see how I have added other pictures to make a collage and added my own words to explain where the pictures were taken and the memories behind that day. 🙂

Not only did I have fun making this photo book but so did my 12 year old daughter. Yes, it is that user friendly! They also offer 40+ book themes including baby, holidays, kids, catalog, collage, cookbook (wouldn’t that be fun making a cookbook with photos of the recipes or maybe even a photo of the person who gave you the recipe), wedding, storybook, vintage and many more. The possibilities are endless.

When it came time to order the book it gave me an option to share the book with others. So I emailed the link to all my out of town family. That way when they have time to sit down they can see how much the kids have grown and what we have been up to. My Mom and Dad really enjoy being able to keep updated on their grandkids. It really is hard living far away from them and little things like this can help keep us close!

Now let’s talk about quality. When I received the photo book I was thrilled. The printing was very impressive, the pages were thick and glossy. Like I said I have made other books but this company blew the others away. The outside of the photo book was very thick and strong. I can see this book lasting for years to come. I give Picaboo a definite 2 thumbs up!

I would highly suggest you follow them on the following…..

Well now that I have shared this awesome company with you I have to head over and start making Charlee Ann’s first birthday photo book. I am super excited to get it started and to share it with family! Happy photo book making!! 🙂

**I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
