Candy-flavored coffee creamers are a delicious, special treat for the family to enjoy occasionally. This recipe combines the flavors of chocolate, coconut, and almond to mimic the flavors of an Almond Joy candy bar. For best results, stir this well before adding to coffee, as the chocolate and sweetened condensed milk tend to settle over time in the refrigerator. This is a great way to save money with your food budget. It is a lot cheaper to make almond joy coffee creamer at home than to buy it at the store. You don’t have to give up all of the finer things in life, you just need to learn how to make them at home. 🙂
Almond Joy Coffee Creamer
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons coconut extract
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Mix the heavy cream, chocolate syrup, coconut extract, and almond extract in a small sauce pot and warm over low heat, stirring occasionally.
When warm, remove from the heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk.
Refrigerate to cool, then add as desired to coffee. Stir the creamer before adding to coffee to fully mix the flavors.

  1. love this! Homemade creamer is the best because it does not contain the 100 ingredients that store bought creamer does! This is great! Saying hello from in and out kitchen link party! 🙂

The Almond Joy coffee creamer sounds delicious. Please have people look at the ingredients on chocolate syrup. I bought some Hershey’s Syrup- Special Dark (don’t know if regular Hersey’s syrup has almost the same ingredients, but I was very shocked to see the first ingredient is high fructose corn syrup. That is probably the worst ingredient to have. I had this in my cabinet and threw it out when I read it has the high fructose corn syrup. I hope you read this.
